This was a great discussion from Area52 and Nick Pope of UK MOD. I got much more insight into Nick Pope’s history at MOD and I don’t think I will be confusing him and Richard Dolan anymore, which was a common occurence in the late 90’s when both were frequent guests on the Art Bell program.
